Terms of Use

These terms describe the deliberately limited use of Personal Operating System MVP by its private owner.

Private personal use

Personal Operating System MVP is maintained for one owner’s personal coordination. It does not provide public account creation, public enrollment, multi-user service, or a public production application.

Owner control

The owner controls sign-in, Calendar connection, refresh, reconnection, disconnection, local credential deletion, and local source-data deletion. The owner is responsible for protecting the Google account, local device, local application environment, and access to the application.

Read-only Calendar use

The current Google integration reads permitted event fields from the owner’s primary Google Calendar within a bounded time window. It cannot create, change, move, or delete Calendar events. It does not connect to Google Drive.

Availability and accuracy

This owner-operated MVP is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously current operation. Google service availability, local network conditions, credential status, and local runtime state may affect refresh and freshness. The owner should use Google Calendar itself for authoritative event management.

Disconnecting and deleting local data

The owner may disconnect the Calendar source, delete the locally encrypted Calendar credential, and delete the locally imported Calendar projection using separate controls in the application. A Google grant can be revoked separately through Google Account settings.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated if the application’s permitted behavior changes. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
